Duncan Gresham

Duncan B. Gresham is an attorney in the Roanoke office, where he focuses his practice on premises liability, property damage, and general insurance defense matters. He represents insurance companies and their insureds with a blend of strict attention to detail, empathetic client management, and steadfast professional integrity. Duncan is a member of the Virginia State Bar, admitted in 2023. He earned his undergraduate degree from Liberty University in 2020 and his J.D. from Liberty University School of Law in 2023. Prior to joining KPM, he served as an Associate Attorney with Tarris Law, PLC and with Wilson Law Firm, PLC, where he gained foundational experience in litigation, legal research, and client advocacy. Duncan joined the firm to broaden his experience across new areas of law and to continue developing his litigation skills. He values the collaborative nature of insurance defense work and enjoys building strong working relationships with clients who appreciate practicality, clear communication, and thoughtful strategy. Growing up in a military family and serving in the U.S. Army for six years, Duncan has a deep appreciation for veterans, active servicemembers, and their families. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors, learning new things, and traveling. He also volunteers at a local farm that houses and rehabilitates homeless and at-risk veterans.
